Policies

No one is allowed in the kitchen while the chef is preparing the meal. This is to ensure safety and maintain a focused cooking environment.

Equipment Damage Fee:

A minimum fee of $500 will be charged for any damage to the chef’s equipment. The final amount may vary depending on the extent of the damage.

The chef retains all publishing rights to any content related to the food prepared. While you are welcome to record and take pictures, please do not claim credit for the preparation of the food.

We are not liable for any allergic reactions if allergens were not disclosed during consultation. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.

A $500 fee will be charged for every additional hour of service provided beyond the contracted time.

Service will only be provided for the number of guests booked. If you exceed this number, there will be an additional fee to accommodate the extra guests.

Harassment of the chef while cooking is strictly prohibited. We strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment for both you and the chef.

The kitchen must be clean upon the chef’s arrival. This ensures that food preparation can begin promptly and safely.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and will be applied to the total cost of services.

We accept payments via, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and credit card payments through PayPal. Please ensure payment is completed according to the terms agreed upon during booking.

Cancellations must be made at least a week before the scheduled event. Cancellations made after this period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

If the event location is outside a 25-mile radius of the chef’s base, a travel fee will be applied. The exact amount will be determined based on the distance.

Any requests for customized services, including specific menu items or unique setups, must be made at least during consultation. Additional charges may apply.
